Have you ever thought; “How thrilling it would be, to experience some of California’s most beautiful scenic roads with a ride on the back of a motorcycle!”  Then you think to yourself, but I don’t know anyone or, at least, anyone I could trust.  A friend might say; “Oh, I have this friend of a friend and they have a motorcycle.”

 

You might ask yourself, do they have enough experience riding with a passenger so I can have fun, be safe and enjoy the ride?  Do they have a big enough motorcycle to ride comfortably on?  Are they experienced enough to know where to go, at my speed and responsible?  Are they going to listen to my needs or requests so I can throughly enjoy my ride and just have fun?  What about Insurance, gear, etc?

 

I have the answers to your questions.  I created California Motorcycle Rides so your desire can become reality and I’m here to make your wish come true.

I’ve been riding motorcycles for over 40+ years now and swung my leg over everything from the largest Harley Davidson street touring baggers to small dirt trail bikes and a whole lot in between.  

 

~story time~  I had a little mini-bike when I could first walk, but It all started at the age of five, with my dad putting me on the gas tank of his street bike.  With one hand on the throttle, the other on center support bar, because I couldn't reach both hand grips, and my feet just dangling.  My dad would put the bike in 2nd gear slowing down so he could jump off the rear of the bike.  He would let me ride up and down our street till my hearts content, or until mom came home (that's another story).  I was bit by the motorcycle bug early and haven't looked back.

 

I’m what they call a daily rider, I don’t own any cars, just bikes.  With a true passion for motorcycles and motorcycle touring I was blessed for running a motorcycle rental shop in San Francisco that had me riding pretty much all kinds of bikes.  I also do tours and routes (including self guided) for primarily the Western US so my knowledge of our local roads here in California, is pretty extensive.  I have currently swapped my Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Limited for the classic look of the Harley Davidson Softail Classic, along with my BMW R1250GS Adventure.

Well, If you wanted the experience of going for a ride; like on an Airplane, Sail Boat, Helicopter, Train, Race Car, or even a Hot Air Balloon, there are several places that allow you to fulfill these ambitions. However, to find a professional place that offers you the experience, freedom and beauty from the back seat of a motorcycle, that's not so easy.

 

I’ve been riding passengers my entire life and after continually being asked for motorcycle rides by Girlfriends, Mom, Aunts, Sisters, Cousins, friends and friends of friends or family friends. I was told that there must be several people out there that would love to go for a professional motorcycle ride. Heeding their advise, became the birth of “Motorcycle Rides with Bobby” and “California Motorcycle Rides”.  

 

I currently live in one of the most beautiful places in the world for year around motorcycle riding, and I’m excited to be able to offer this incredible experience to you.
